Cordon Bleu training in addition to an extensive culinary background working with some of London’s top chefs helped me to run my own beachside restaurant on a paradise island in Brazil. This experience combined with the orchestrated chaos that professional kitchens’ possess added to my dream of sharing that passion with others in the comfort of thier own homes as their Personal Private Chef.
