A traditional wood burning pizza oven & that unforgettable perfume of delicious melted mozzarella, juicy tomatoes and fresh basil on a perfectly cooked pizza base. Outside summer dining at its best. Add an ice-cold beer and you have a match made in heaven. You can even help me make your own!
A night under the Tuscan stars with the aroma of freshly cooked pizza dough and the clinking of wine glasses. With my custom made pizza night, you can enjoy a relaxed dinner among friends and family. I will prepare my perfect pizza dough and make the most delicious pizzas with a vast array of toppings to choose from.
The only requirements needed are, naturally, a pizza oven and enough wood to get it piping hot! If your villa does not have one, an electric pizza oven is available subject to availability.
