Céline’s an excellent chef, preparing top versions of familiar meals, as well as completely unique meals. My group and I had an amazing 4-course meal: grilled prawns on polenta, pasta with this absurdly delicious olive pesto I’ve never had anything close to in my life, Tuscan sausage with chicken and toasted bread, and to top it off, caramelized peaches with vanilla ice cream. The vegetarian in the group also had his own variated menu with eggplant parmesan and fried zucchini flowers. SUPERB!!!
